Unable to launch Admin Console

I've logged in as the site admin but I the Admin Console doesn't launch. I've tried the following browers Chrome version 55.0.2883.87 m
Firefox 50.1.0 and Microsoft Edge 38.14393.0.0. I have cookies enabled and no special settings.
