When members are sending emails out of our system to toastmaster groups (like current members or prospective members) the email is sent, but the body is blank. What could cause this? Any suggestions to get these emails out correctly.

Without your club number we cannot see what is happening.

Without specifics we can not investigate the issue, date approximate time, who send, to what address, what subject.

We are having similar problems as well. One of the emails sent by a member was received with the body being empty.

However, I just sent out an email and it seems to have been received Ok. Not sure if there was a glitch in the system.

Steve -- Thanks for responding.

Our club president tried to send two emails to the general club list (members@hilotoastamsters.com) yesterday evening. The emails received by the members had an empty body even though subject line was present.

This morning, I was able to send successfully an email to the same list above. So, not sure if there was some sort of glitch with the mail server yesterday.

Please let me know what more specific information I can provide.
