Custom Agenda Templates Missing Data

Sometime in the past week our club's custom agenda templates lost all of their roles but the first one. I am the only one that works with them and I did not change them. Any thoughts?

You have 5 templates - one has only one item, one has two, and the others seem to be full.

Other than anyone with admin access, your VPE & Secretary have access to the agendas, so any of those people could have made accidental changes. Or perhaps the two agendas (New Two Speech and New Three Speech) weren't saved after editing.

If there are existing dated agendas created from the templates, you can regenerate the templates: simply go to an corresponding dated agenda and save it as a template (agenda edit mode, first tab).

The agenda that has two roles has two because I added a second one. I wasn't sure if one of the updates had caused issues. I will save one of the previous agendas as a template.

It is unlikely that an update would have deleted items from only two templates, unless you were working on them at the time (and even then unlikely). As a precaution when editing templates and agendas always save as often as possible.
