Access Blocked

A fellow member who is my co-webmaster is asking for help. Here is his request:

I can’t get support from FreeToastHost unless I login, but login is exactly what I need support on. I think this has happened before, but I don’t remember what we did to fix it. I just searched, and don’t think I received any kind of activation email. Could you please contact Steve James at FreeToast Host and have him unblock my account?

I kind of cracks me up that people are mentioning me by name... maybe it is time for me to change my name.

Maybe I should change my name to Juan Valdez or something like that ...

When people ask for you by name, you've either done something very good, or something very bad. Since I don't think that it's the latter in your case, Steve, you should be honoured!

Can you please resend his activation email, since he says he cannot find it? Or what do you suggest?
