How to display all uploaded files within the Downloads section

Hello,

I am working on updating some of our documents and found that we have 22 files uploaded via the File Manager but only a few of those files show up under the Public Downloads section when I am logged in using my personal account, not the admin account.

Can anyone assist with this? Is there a setting to allow all files to be shown and available to club members?
