Uploaded document name being changed

In Downloads for club 2617087, I have uploaded a document called next_meeting_flyer.pdf which Is referenced by a link on the home page as "next_meeting_flyer.pdf" and it works. Every month, I delete the existing document and upload a new version.

However, in the list on the Download pages, the document appears to be renamed by the software to the following:
"next_meeting_flyer.pdf�next_meeting_flyer.pdf�next_meeting_flyer.pdf"
It seems to be cosmetic because the link works and the downloaded document name is original.

I think this started doing this last month. How do I prevent this rename from happening?

Good hunch... that was what it was. The table row was not actually getting removed when you deleted the file, just hidden. When uploaded the new version of the file with the same name, there was a hidden row with the filename and a visible row that got created with the upload. The extra row was confusing the server code.

It should be fixed now... no hidden rows from deleted files.
