Email Permissions Isse

Hi there,

My name is Elizabeth and I am serving as the VP of PR for Club 472 for the year. One of my fellow officers is having issues with responding to inquiries about our club through our website and received the following email:

You do not have the right permissions to send an e-mail to this e-mail address (contactusform-472@toastmastersclubs.org) from pgiblin@cinci.rr.com . Be sure your "From" address in your e-mail client is the same as your address in your toastmastersclubs.org member profile.

This officer has been with the club for many years and has never had a problem responding to inquiries through the site until now.

Have there been any changes to the site recently that may have caused this? If not, do you have more specific instructions on how to fix the issue than are included in the response email?

1) If this person is a member why are they sending email to the contract email address?

2) Your site admin has disabled the contact email address.

So, I am the site admin. At least I think I am. I don't remember ever touching the email controls.
