Can't save changes to the website

Good Evening,

I am the Site Administrator, and I have tried on several occasions to make edits. When I launch the ADM console, make changes, and hit save, I can see the ADM changes in the console; however, when I hit close, the home page doesn't show the changes. Please help!

Click reload link at bottom of your site
Login and try again.

Thank you for your reply, but unfortunately, I have tried that and it doesn't work.

You have an error that is flashing when you click save

You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following:

Basic Settings Tab - You have chosen an invalid alias. An alias cannot resemble a club or district number. Please choose again, and make sure the alias is letters or numbers only, and more than two characters.

You need to fix the errors first.

What would you recommend that I use? I have tried a few different alias but nothing is working. Thank you so much for your time.
