I have tried to use Richmond Hill and each time when I try to reenter the site after I have saved the new name, it still shows our club # in the web alias. I am not sure what I'm doing wrong if anything.

You didn't save after making the change

RichmondHill.toastmastersclubs.org is now working

1168191.toastmastersclubs.org/ will always work as well
