[Request] New FreeToastHost Club Website approval.

Hi,

I need your help urgently. 2 questions.
1) I submitted a request of creating new FreeToastHost Club Website for our Davie Toastmasters (club number 2508). And according to the message below, our leadership team should have received an email but no one received any email.(leadership@davietoastmasters.org) Could you help me understand?
2) IF leadership team received an website request email, then our leadership can authorize website request, correct?

NOTE: If the e-mail address(es) that were sent the authorizations (see above) are no longer valid, you MUST update your club contact information with Toastmasters International, then once the new club contact e-mail address has been updated, apply for your FTH 2.0 website again."
