VP PR not getting facebook recovery password

Can you check if the configuration is now good.

I see the MX record now, but not the A mail record. (need that also)

ADD mail.manoticktoastmasters.org A 50.19.253.65

I find a A record pointing to 50.19.253.65 on our Netfirms.com control panel. The record is there but not being reported by DNS. Any reason for this?

As for the MX record this is how it is configured:
The HOST is defined with: @
The pointed to is defined with: mail.manoticktoastmasters.org

Is the host defined correctly (with the @ character)?

Look, the issue is that there needs to be at least two A records and you have one.

The first directs web traffic to our server and the second directs email to the FTH server.

The MX record just defines the name of the mail server... it does not tie it to the FTH server. The A mail record does that tie-in.

I was just finished with tech support through netfirms.com and have been advised that the DNS configuration can take up to 12 hours to reflect in the DNS report. So I will check Friday afternoon to see that the two A records appear in the DNS report.

I was advised that the mail A record has been created. NSLOOKUP on mail.manoticktoastmasters.org resolved to 50.19.253.65. Sent a test message from my personal email account on the rogers.com domain and the vppr@manoticktoastmasters.org received the message. Will see if facebook password recovery will work tomorrow. Facebook prevents me from doing so for the next 24 hours.
