Upload another free host toast website content with approval granted

Repartee Toastmasters was contacted to ask if our club can upload Meeting Etiquette unwritten rules and we were approved to do so.
I request instructions on how to add to the public side where guests can read at Nelson Fresh Tracks Toastmasters free host website,
I can't add attachments from my lap top since getting my iPad which is where my email can only be sent-another unsolvable mystery that Apple and my internet provider can't help me with.

What form are the notes in? PDF file or something else?

A PDF file can be uploaded and then linked to from another page.

If the notes are in another format, it might be easier just to create a public custom page and copy the information to that.

Try doing it from a desktop... See if things change then...
