How to assign PDF files to a specific tab

New to FTH. Am still learning my way around.

I created a tab for meeting minutes for members, however, I can not figure out how to upload or insert the PDF of the minutes into this tab.

It would help us if you give us your club number... See my signature below... You can do that in your personal profile on this page... Always input your club name and number at the end of your response, question....

The way you do that is you type in the date on the page and you link it to the notes that you uploaded in public or private downloads

Sorry, I am new to this forum. I didn't see a place to put Club #. Have made changes in profile.

I followed the instructions in the 2 links provided.
I can see the meeting minutes under the member download tab in a new folder called meeting minutes, however, that is not where I wanted the minutes to be. My desire is for them to be under the already created tab "Meeting Minutes" not under member downloads.

I followed the next link you supplied, however, the minutes are not showing up under this file as a PDF.
When I paste the URL from the previous instructions on the WYSIWYG and log in as a member all I see is the URL that is placed under meeting minutes tab, not the actual file.
