Upload of Meeting notes to Meeting agenda causes notes to not be readable

How can we preserve the readability of the meeting notes? When we upload meeting notes in the bottom of the meeting agenda, the UI does not retain carriage control linefeeds. Content is compressed.

If you want to upload your minutes, do so in the public or member download area... The agenda is not set up to put secretary notes there. It is only there for members to write notes to the VPE, President or other members...
