Membership attendance update.

I go into attendance to email the agenda to the membership and the list of members is not updated.
Some of the people are not members any longer. Others are not included at all.
I want to change this otherwise having an agenda on this site is useless if I can't get it to the right membership when I email or share.

Do I need the admin to make changes?
How do I do this.
Please help!!!

There's no automatic link between the information held by TI and your club site. The admin (or delegated officer) needs to update the membership list.

You will see this for *future* meetings, as the only thing the system has to go on for future meetings is your current membership in Membership Management.

However, for *past* meetings, there is very likely to be a difference from current membership, so you will see some editing features on that tab for past meetings.

Thus, the past vs future is a key distinction for meeting attendance... essentially actual attendance vs planned attendance. See the difference?

If you think I should enable the attendance editing functionality for future meetings, also, please post an improvement suggestion for that in the improvement suggestions forum section. My main concern for that is that new members would not automatically get added for future meetings like they do now if I enable that functionality. (editing functionality disables auto-updating functionality... cannot have both at same time)
