Editing capability cannot be enabled

First - I thank everyone who were involved addressing this problem in January. For a few days I could edit my club's (ATomic City 1760)Agenda. Sadly this was short lived. Currently, I cannot log at all. The last time I could, log in was Feb 10th. I could select a name from a pull-down for an item. Save the change. I could select the option to send the agenda and send it. When I went to change a specific item editing displayed as disabled. I could no longer change anything. I would appreciate your help

The person who creates the Agenda needs to flag your role as President to be able to edit the agenda

"The person assigned to this role can edit this meeting agenda"
