Change Control

Yesterday's agenda failure was a very visible problem, and whilst the majority of Toastmasters will be supportive and grateful for the quick fix I have to ask why this change was visible at all.

Was the change tested in any environment except for the Live environment? Was there a way it could have been rolled out incrementally? How was it tested? Was there a rollback plan? Why wasn't there an admin alert when logging in as admin as soon as it was identified that this was a widespread problem?

I don't need to know the answers to those questions, however, the administrators need to talk to each other and agree how to best answer those questions for the future so that the brilliant service they provide remains brilliant at all times.
