Toastmaster is unable to edit the agenda after the meeting time

Hello,

Today our toastmaster signed on after our meeting today to update the members who took roles in today's meeting but the edit icon was no longer available to her. She was able to make edits this morning but she is not able to do so now.

Is this expected functionality?

Only the VPE (Agenda Creators) and the Website Admin can edit past agendas. This is the way the functionality has always worked.

Thank you, I was sure I was able to edit past agendas previously as the toastmaster of that particular meeting.

I looked at the notes on "Editing an agenda" the first line notes
How to edit an agenda if you are President, VP Ed, Chairman/Toastmaster or admin.

I did not see any information regarding a restriction to past agendas, is this noted elsewhere?

Ok, I just checked something... Your Toastmaster role is not marked as an agenda editor.

That *must* be done now, no exceptions, if you want your Toastmaster to be able to edit the agenda.

This is now required because of clubs using different role names than "Toastmaster".

Thank you, I'm not sure why it was missing from that particular agenda, I checked all the other agenda's we have created and double checked the template and the flag to allow edit's is checked for that agenda role.

We are good to go
