Missing Password Reset Link

I did a little searching in the forum database but didn't find this problem.

A new member in our club requested password reset through the website.
He got a well-formed email. However, the password reset link was missing.
The email text is below.

Any ideas?

Could his email service provider be stripping off the links in his email? He might have to whitelist the domain toastmastersclubs.org
