New Member password email not being sent.

I have a new member, since September on 2016 that still has not been able to access the club webpage. She can't seem to get the emails from the site to authenticate her password. We both work for the same company so I know its not a "blocked" issue. Please help. Her name does populate in the email field when typed in, then she doesn't apply a password, just only authenticates and she never receives and email for her to create a password. Thanks for any and all help. Oh by the way. I have read the forums that tell me to add a space in the membership module after her email and click save. That doesn't work either.
