Getting spammed!!!! #2

Steve - I don't see a "Is this SPAM?" link at the bottom or anywhere in the e-mail. The option is selected in the club e-mail management screen.

I view my e-mails via Gmail using either the web access, iPhone, or Apple's Mail. If I report it as spam, will it block all e-mails that come via vpm-1526154 at toastmasters club.org (or rpm at coolnconfidenttoastmasters.com)?

I'm not actually sure via which club e-mail address it's coming. I receive e-mails via vpm-1526154 ..., contact-1526154 ... , and treasurer-1526154 ...

Thank you,
Robyn

The "Is this Spam?" links only show in emails to publicly accessible FTH email addresses.

Sometimes gmail hides things in the email footer... if you see a small grey button w/ three ... dots in it, then it is hiding the footer containing the link. (i cannot do anything about that)

I don't see the "..." either. I guess I don't understand what is meant by "publicly accessible FTH email addresses."

Do you know: If I report it as spam, will it block all e-mails that come via vpm-1526154 at toastmasters club.org.

It looks like I can also "block Toastmasters Club 1526154 on behalf of Healthy + Wealthy." If I do that, do you think it will still allow e-mails from members who use the other distribution lists in FTH? Or would it really only block if the senders domain matches the e-mail I block? (If that's confusing, sorry.)

I've added the domain of the sender to the blacklist and the e-mails are still coming through.

ETA: The sender is also on the system blacklist so I enabled the system blacklist for my club. *crosses fingers*

Thank you,
Robyn

Some email addresses can only be sent to by members of your club ... any other senders to those email addresses are rejected.
Some email addresses are publicly accessible ... you can receive email to them from people outside the club.

Blacklisting only blocks either the sender's address or domain that you specify.

You are not following the directions... it clearly states in the form that the list must be comma separated. If you do not follow directions, do not expect the system to work for you the way you want.

It may show on the system blacklist just because you put it on your blacklist... system black list is nothing special... just your blacklist and everyone else's combined.
