On a much more basic vein, the xyz.toastmastersclubs.org type of domain name is the only one that gets provided here. Some clubs opt to purchase a more descriptive one from an outside source, as you appear to have done. The clubs then have to renew it themselves with that agent. You might want to contact any former webmasters, for more information on what they've done.

Everybody: It might be worthwhile for all FTH webmasters to consider leaving some notes on relevant site info for future webmasters to discover. Perhaps make a text file like ForFutureWebmasters.txt in your member downloads area, with all the little details you've put into your site, which a future webmaster won't be able to spot easily.
