5. When posting a New Topic , please include all relevant details and be specific. When did your issue 1st occur? What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Did you refresh your browser cache? Are your cookies enabled? Lastly, a screen shot is often helpful.

Good evening! When I launch the admin console to add a new member to our club roster, I received the attached error message! HELP PLEASE!

This can be caused by incorrect cookie settings. See support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings for details.

You can also try reloading the site from the server. Then link is that the very bottom of the page.

If neither of these help, then we'll need to wait for the programmer to chime in.

Thank you Jane! I did discover that I had no issue when I used Google Chrome. Apparently Windows 10 Edge is what I will need to change.

Edge appears to cause a number of problems, so that doesn't entirely surprise me.

(So much for the idea of having all browsers conform to a standard :pinch: )
