Club Name on Banner not Showing

Hi,
I have a very unique problem that I have no idea how to search around. Our meeting agenda letter head has the TI banner and it used to have the club name over the banner. Our webmaster left the club and apparently took the club name with him just kidding...
I am acting as interim Webmaster for our club, and I don't have much (or any technical background) so I am flying by the seat of my pants.
I looked at the source code and I see the club name was supposed to be showing centered on top of the banner but when I toggle to the display view the club name does not show up. Can you tell what needs to be modified below so the name will show up again? The Toastmaster banner appears fine, but no club name. I have attached a screenshot of our agenda and below is source code ( I replaced <> with [] so the html code is visible.

If I am reading your question correctly, the Club Name and number was above the banner?

When was the last time it was correct?

create a table use the TI banner as the background, and then you can type the club name in the cell and it will appear on top of the banner.

The club name (Chosen Voices Toastmasters) was centered over the banner. It was there 2 months ago. I checked one of the agenda printouts. Our webmaster left since then and I'm not sure what was there before from a source code standpoint.
I am attaching a screenshot of our site banner, that's what was showing on the agenda before.

Well, you do have a picture, so what I would do is go to the Meeting Agenda Default Meeting Description and remove the blank banner, upload the filled banner and place it in the Description.
