Can't figure out what's wrong. I've been trying to send welcome emails to a new member. I'm not new to FTH, and have done this many times before (wish it were more times though). I have added the member, have his correct email address. Go to the membership management, check his name, and then check the option to send the new member welcome. Last step - click OK. I've done this 5 or 6 times. James has not gotten the welcome message, and I have not gotten a cc. What's going on?
