Email not working #2

Our president has got a new computer and for some reason his emails to members-6975@toastmastersclubs.org and the other club distribution lists are not getting through. he had no problems with his old computer and other club members are also successfully using the distribution lists..is there something in his settings that may need to be ticked?

I don't see any emails from him getting to the system. Does he have the address right? Ask him to log into your website, go to Club Email Addresses and select the members-6975@toastmastersclubs.org address (top of the list). Select "Yes, via system email client" (assuming that uses his address as stored on the website). That will ensure there aren't any typos.

Let us know if that works.

Also, make sure he has not changed his email address with his new computer.
