Club 3222923. I have checked spam. Still not receiving reset confirmation email. I have tried several times. What are my options'

Ok, the gmail that was entered for your in your website is different than the one that is shown for you for this forum. (2 different gmail addresses) This makes me suspicious that one of them is incorrect... I would suspect the one in your website is wrong, since I assume you entered the address for this forum yourself.

The one in your website is listed as ..4whyn...@... (Intentionally excerpting for privacy purposes)

Please confirm that you understand the difference I am referring to... Which is correct? If your website email is wrong, please have your website admin fix it.

Also, please refer to the Outlook.com section of the following in regards to your MSN account (also applies to msn and hotmail):

Microsoft's email is sometimes problematic for the FTH email system... "Queued mail for delivery" does not equal delivered in our log excerpt below. Frequently, it just means that MS has stuck our email in its "potential junk email" holding area until you tell it that it is ok to get email from the FTH server.

Bottom line... right now, you may indeed have issues with getting email via the FTH system, but these are issues that you and your club admin need to address.

Thank you. I had never changed my email on our website. My email has always been the same. I will ask admin to correct but may have to wait till after July 1 to have new board members to correct. Ugh!
