Request for new club website not working

Hi

I have a user who is trying to set up a club website but he is not getting the "invite" email

Tried to change the contact person for the club in website central. But the new person is not receiving the first email to set up the site.

tell them to check their spam boxes

also do not put the leading 0 in the club number 5870524 when requesting the site

I had the user check is spam/junk folder. He said nothing has arrived yet.
Today

I had him change the email address few days ago after the first person's email box did not receive any instructions.

Now I am puzzled as to where the emails are landing?
