Sorry, I think the 10 is Priority not TTL ... My bad, I forgot that. 
(It has been a while since i have had to mess w/ DNS.)
In any case, you can always call GoDaddy support and give them our directions.
Since you do not seem to want to take any direction from me, I am not going to try to provide any additional support to you.
Perhaps Brian can assist you.
