Cannot access dropdown from admin console.

Hi
I select membership in the dropdown but nothing happens.
I might be wrong, but it keeps asking to save the Website Settings.
Has it something to do with the new update for HTTPS or am I doing something really stupid?

Refresh your page and if it is still doing that, wait awhile before going into it again... It did that to me yesterday... I think there might have been a glitch in there yesterday...

I logged in as site admin and was able to access all of the pull downs for member management ect.
