reboot did not help. Also reset at bottom from server does not help.
Still keeps asking me to save changes on the first Website Settings screen even though I did not make any.
Using IE11.0.
I will see can I create a quick video and attach.

This is an IE11 specific issue.... not HTTPS related. Old browser related. :pinch:
