I just submitted the same /similar post just now. Cannot get access to membership in the admin console.
my theory is it has something to do with the HTPPS update, as it keeps asking to save the settings.
My club is 6529814..
This was working on Sunday as I was updating then.

Works for me in Edge and Chrome. No, it is not related to HTTPS... just click the reload as Brian is indicating.
