cannot login as site admin, always "YOU MUST ENTER THE CORRECT CLUB NUMBER"

Hi there,
No matter how many times I reset the password, I always got the error message "YOU MUT ENTER THE CORRECT CLUB NUMBER" when I try to login in as site admin.
Please help me out!
My club number is 06003588

Don't enter the leading zero on the club number.
