Speech Titles Not Saving

Hi,

As Area Director I have had reports from two different clubs in unrelated conversations that people have entered a speech title and saved it but it didn't actually get saved and therefore did not appear on the agenda. I have not been able to repeat the problem myself or to get more information from anyone who has had the issue.

I am sorry but the clubs need to report the issue directly to us using this forum.

There are so many reasons why things don't work and many are specific to the persons computer.

There can't be too many reasons why somebody who can view the agenda, and has saved speech information before is unable to save it when they go through the same process. Has session expiry changed recently?

Please have the clubs report issues in these forums themselves, as Brian is directing you to. Although I recognize that you are probably just trying to help out your clubs that you are an Area Director for, we will not jump through a lot of hoops on hearsay or "maybe problems". Also, jumping to concluding that there is an inherent issue with the system is a bit presumptuous... many times, it is user error.

If we can interact with the person that is having the issue and if we can determine via reproducing the issue that there is an issue on our end, then I will do a timely fix. However, we will not presume it is something to fix on our end until we have ruled out other potential causes... We need to interact with the affected users for that.
