I have sent out two meeting agenda emails (including response links) to our members this term. Both times, the same member has not been able to Confirm her role via the email Confirm link.
She is receiving: "Errors! Invalid Password!"
She has tried:
- logging in with her password through the website (was successful)
- resetting her password
- re-selecting her name from the drop-down menu
Is this a common error? Any thoughts on how I might troubleshoot this?
