Remove Main Menu Pages

Is it possible to remove template pages? I want to consolidate pages and make the left navigation easier to use and find information.
Here is a list of pages I want to edit / remove:
Club Calendar: Our Club doesn't use it
Public Downloads: Move to new Guest Information page
Toastmasters Video: Move to new Guest Information page

Please read the documentation on this site of how to manipulate the template with in the boundaries that have been set.
