Cannot Send Email to club email list

I am trying to send an email from the email registered in TMI. Yet I continue to get the below message;

You do not have the right permissions to send an e-mail to this e-mail address (members-6591380@toastmastersclubs.org) from afzal7296@hotmail.com . Be sure your "From" address in your e-mail client is the same as your address in your toastmastersclubs.org member profile.

Please note: We do not support the use of BCC. If you are sending to an email address on this server using BCC please re-address using To or CC and try again

Why?

Please explain a little more how you are trying to send the email? Are you trying to BCC or CC?

Also, please always put your name and club number in your signature, so we can better assist you...

We are NOT Toastmasters International. We do not know what email address you have registered on the toastmasters.org site.

What is important is what mail address your site admin registered for you on your club website.

Since you are the site admin YOU need to read all the documentation on this site. Site admins are not members.

I am using my regular Hotmail address that is registered in TMI website.
Further, I am not using the CC or BCC.

There are no members registered on your website. As Brian said earlier, we have no access to your club member details as provided to TI. FreeToastHost is provided to Toastmasters clubs, but it does not have access to the TI membership database. Your website membership has to be maintained separately.

I will read out the document provided, and do the required to get the members registered in club FTH website.
