contactusform-7118@toastmastersclubs.org is for internal use only by the system.
I will be ditching that email address in the near future, anyway, so if you use that, you will be creating problems for yourself.

The public equivalent is contact-7118@toastmastersclubs.org ... please use that instead after enabling it in Email and Contact forms.

Also, officers-7118@toastmastersclubs.org will not work for use by external websites unless you whitelist the email address that the emails are coming from.

I think you need to get more familiar with how the system designates certain email addresses for public use, members only use, and officers only use. Those are enforced by the system. Please review the following doc: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-lists-and-aliases

Ok, I just looked at your club website. Your assertion "and I am listed as a contact for ALL of them." is not entirely correct.

You are not listed as the admin, so emails to the admin email address will not go to you. If you want to use that for some external website like Twitter typically you would temporarily set yourself as the admin so that you can get the opt-in confirmation email from them and click the confirmation link in it, then you would set the role back to the original person once the address is confirmed.

You are listed as the vppr, so that address should work unless you disable it via your member profile. A simple way to verify that your email address is working is to just send an email to the vppr address (send an email to yourself).

I will, and have poured over these overly wordy instructions. I find them confusing.

Most people in charge of maintaining club websites are fairly technically-challenged and as a retired web designer I am so-so technically savvy for the most part.
I believe instructions should be super simple - especially these days of fast-paced, drag and drop simplicity.
People - volunteers - should not be required to sift through techno-babble explaining the ins and outs and whys.
Make it simple.

Ya, I noticed that. I had put my email in first as admin contact but when it did not forward any of the emails I changed it back to the club pres email and asked her to put me in as admin.

The email came to me from the contact email form.
But when I enter it into the Twitter page I still get nothing.

OH, and the admins - officers, et al, are not receiving the verification emails from Twitter either
