A member blacklisted her own email address by error & wants to undo it

Good morning!

Somehow, my personal e-mail address was added to the black list for my club #1526154. As a website admin for the club, I went in and added it to the white list but I'm still blocked. I looked at the addresses on the black list, before and after I added myself to the white list, and don't see it.

I don't know who added me to the black list.

I was able to send to the club distro lists on July 7, 2017.

Please advise.

Your email is not on any black list, why do you think it is?

Did you check the spelling of your email address in your member profile on your club website?

Because I've received an e-mail from FTH telling me my address is on the club's black list. I sent an e-mail to officers-1526154@ ... twice and received the e-mail from FTH. Then I tried the members-1526154@ ... and received the same e-mail.

My e-mail address on the club website is correct. I just double checked in case someone changed it since July 7.

When did you send that email? It might be a bogus bounce message. I was making some adjustments to the black listing logic in the list server last night and temporarily had the logic reversed.... (should be all good now) It also showed me as being blacklisted until I realized I had the logic reversed.

I sent the first e-mail at 11:14 a.m. this morning.

Ok, so adding yourself to the white list will not help. Blacklist has higher priority, by design.

I relaxed the logic I added *temporarily*. However, we need to get sorted out what triggered this so you do not have a problem when I change it back. We need the stricter logic because of a recent phishing concern that has come to light.

Can you post the raw headers and text from one of the emails you sent.... look in your Sent folder for one of them and use Show Original from the gmail drop-down at upper right of the email. Use the clipboard button and then post it here.

I need to figure out what from your email got you blocked.
