Hello,

I'm getting the blacklisted email when sending email to all members email address from personal email. Verified one address I sent from was definitely on whitelist. Another email I just added. Neither works.

When did you last attempt to send? I did an attempted earlier today.

I sent an email this afternoon but didn't see the blacklisted response until tonight. Within the past 15-20 minutes was when I retried to end from two different emails and received message from both.

Ok, blacklisting has higher priority than whitelisting... you cannot use whitelisting to undo blacklisting.

Ok, please send the email again, but put {{nosend;trace;savein}} at the beginning of the subject line. It will no actually send anything... just please post the file attachments here that you get back from the system. I need to look at those.

Also, please take the ending comma off the end of your blacklist and try again.
