Expired Club Website - Zombie site

Hello,
Club 2105 Stampede City Toastmasters is no longer an active club yet their website is still directing guests to a meeting place and time. I am with Palliser Toastmasters #3192 which meets on Wednesdays at the same meeting place and it is causing confusion. Can the Stampede City Toastmasters website be deactivate? Thank you for any help.
