BTW, if I bumped the allocation, then you would have roughly 16,777,200 bytes for storing templates. Quite a bit, but it also potentially chews up quite a bit of space in the db as that also applies for every other club using the system.

Wow, thank you so much for taking time to check this out for us! I'm all about productivity and do all I can to keep our officers using the site to manage our clubs well. There are several features that remind me of CRM type programs so I guess I can get carried away with building little processes to simplify our work flows.

Thank you again for your prompt help. I would love to see the space allocation increase, but I may be trying to get too much out of the site. I wouldn't even try to manage two clubs without FTH. Thanks for making it easier to do!

Well, it looks like you are in luck... It looks like quite a few other clubs are using the email templates feature, also.

Club numbers and data size for email templates -- note top 2, those are probably borked also... These are just the top users, lots of other clubs using them.

Ok, I went ahead and bumped up the allocation for each club to store email templates.

Size check added to the Javascript.
