Forgot my admin password

I was given the login key through my email registered in my admin profile.

Once I clicked on the link, according to the instructions, "Once in, click on "launch admin console", click on the "Administrator Info" tab, enter/change your password there, then click "Save"."

I do not see the "launch admin console" or the "Administrator" Info" tab.

Please help.

Launch Admin Console once you log in as the Admin.

Once the Admin Console appears you will see the tab for Admin Info
