E-mail to FTH built-in addresses bouncing

Never saw this before! It's happening with two of my clubs. Since the error message is coming from server@toastmastersclubs.org, I assume this is a problem at the FTH end, not with Verizon.


President (President@WeTheSpeakers.org) is not recognized as a valid FreeToastHost distribution list, officer alias, or group name. You cannot send email to President@WeTheSpeakers.org. For more information on using FreeToastHost email addresses, visit support.toastmastersclubs.org .

Do not use CAPS in email addresses

This must be a new restriction, as I have had and used mixed case e-mail addresses for years now with FTH.

I researched, and the restriction has been removed.

Probably was in place to support custom groups, but not needed for that.
(Custom group names only *stored* case-sensitive, not accessed case sensitive.)

Please confirm it is working case insensitive now.

I just started running tests and notice that mixed case in title and domain are working fine. I KNEW that something changed, as everything is mixed case in my e-mail address book (and on biz cards, etc.) for easier readability. Thanks as always!
