Email address error on one member's bill

Hello,
New treasurer here for club 3466. I sent out email invoices yesterday and one person with an AOL email address did not have the treasurer part of the return email " treasurer-3466@toastmastersclubs.org" highlighted in blue on his invoice. I have two problems:
1. Why did that only happen on his email? All others appear to be correct

2. When he replied to 3466@toastmastersclubs.org, it went to a prior member (who was kind enough to forward to me). How do I access the email address for that to change to the president's email address?

You will need to be a bit more specific than "one person with an AOL address". We do not need complete names, just enough to identify who you are talking about so that we can do a proper investigation.

Also, is there any chance you can provide a copy of the invoice email? Feel free to get rid of contact info in it.

Hello Patrick,

It is time to renew your membership to Treasure Coast Toastmasters, Club #3466.
In order for our club to achieve the goal of submitting dues on
time, we ask all members to make sure payments are received
on or before 09/18/2017.

You can hand deliver your check to Cathy or Linda at
our club meetings -- the last meeting to hand in the check would
be 09/18/2017. Or you can mail in your check to the
address below. Your check MUST be received by 09/18/2017
so please allow enough time for postal delivery.

You can use this e-mail as your "invoice". Please submit a

One other member has an AOL address, and the same thing happened on their invoice. Though they replied to 3466@toastmastersclubs.org and it did come to me. Perhaps you changed that already?
