Club/District corrupted for ELCA Toastmasters; check for others in D30/D103

On Aug 8 I sent a message (requesting a target speaker for Aug 21) to club VPE's of the following clubs in my Division using the "FTH officer method"

The message to (vpe-1537195@toastmastersclubs.org ) was the only one returned with an error message (foolishly I discarded the message before thinking to save it - it might or might not have been similar to "[FreeToastHost] Message Not Delivered:")
I just ran a test message, and I think recreated it as follows:

[FreeToastHost] Message Not Delivered: Looking for Target Speaker,
FreeToastHost Server <server@toastmastersclubs.org>
To desplainestoastmasters@yahoo.com * my sending address *
Cannot find specified club/distict # (1537195). ** the spelling error is yours, not mine **
You cannot send email to vpe-1537195@toastmastersclubs.org.
For more information on using FreeToastHost email addresses, visit support.toastmastersclubs.org .

(Who specifies the club/district - FTH database admins, TI admins, or the club? (TI took down District 30 clubs from Club Central on the Toastmasters website to reassign clubs (and members) between old D30 and new D103; ELCA remained in D30.)

I also spotted this in "pop-up" as I was copying the above message (not sure of its significance):
Toastmasters Clubs
WAO Toastmasters Club
server@toastmastersclubs.org
(773) 592-2930
I know for a fact this is a club FORMERLY is District 30, now moved to newly formed District 103 .
Club number for Wrightwood-Ashburn Overcomers (WAO) Toastmasters is 00771880
Their website is 771880.toastmastersclubs.org/

Luckily I located a ELCA contact (Damika) listed on their website and got through. None of the other clubs replied to me since Aug 8. No luck with a Target speaker so far :{

1537195 does not have a FTH club website.

Foolish me - You're right, Brian. I see it now. (I wasn't paying attention when I originally opened their Find-a-club entry to notice that.) Apologies to all FTH readers for posting this.
