Agenda Item Mysteriously Disappeared from Agenda and Agenda Template

1. Check w/ people who are Agenda Creators: Your President, VPE, and Treasurer, per your Access Settings.
(Not sure why your Treasurer needs to create agendas.
)2. What was the first date that the item was missing? I see three roles that can edit the agenda. Who had those roles?
3. Anyone that can edit an agenda can remove a role. (See #2 above)
What is likely is that your club was using a prior dated agenda as a template for the next agenda. (many clubs do that) At some point somebody decide to save the agenda as a template.
If there was a problem with the agenda system, then we would likely have many of the 7000+ clubs that use the agenda system posting about it here in very strong terms. You are the first poster about this. There *could* be a problem with they system, but based on past experience and probability, my instincts are telling me "user error" on this.
