Agenda Item Mysteriously Disappeared from Agenda and Agenda Template

Hello,

The other three officers that can create/ edit new agenda have no access to Agenda Settings and Templates. I checked with the Treasurer, who added a bunch of new agendas at the end of July, and he said he didn't delete the item. Even if he did by mistake, it would not explain why the item was missing from the agenda template, to which he has no access.

I was first notified by the President that the item was missing on July 29.

This is incorrect, since anyone that can edit an agenda can save it as a template. Thus, any template can be overwritten by someone saving a dated agenda as a template. See below... anyone who can edit an agenda has access to the following:

Ok - thanks. However, the Treasurer said he didn't replace the agenda template. Nor did he remove the agenda item. Grateful if you could investigate. I believe this is a system problem.

When the President reported that the item was missing, I logged onto the website to investigate. I created two new agenda to see what would happen. The first one had the agenda item, and the second didn't. During the testing process, I decided to delete those two new agenda, and created them again. This time around, the agenda item was missing from both agenda. Then I went to look at the agenda template and saw that the item was missing from the template. I proceeded to add back the item, and now things are functioning well. I just thought you might want to know that the system was acting in a rather bizarre fashion. We've had a couple other glitches lately, which I have reported on this forum as support requests.
