VP Ed Couldn't Send Response to Contact Us Inquiry

Hello,

Our club's VPE and President are the club's contacts for the Contact Us forms. They have been responding to inquiries since they took over their respective new role at the beginning of July. Yesterday August 21, the VPE contacted me saying the following:

"I tried sending an email to someone who sent us an inquiry via the 'Contact Us' submission page and immediately received a couple of emails from free toast host.

The first being that I do not have the necessary permissions to send this email (Capture1) and the second being that my email was marked as spam (Capture2)."

I have attached the screen captures that he sent.

We would be grateful for your help in resolving this issue.
