Auto archiving of club meeting agendas

How do you stop the agendas from archiving out of view in the current club year? Please advise. :)

There is no such thing as agenda archiving. Id you want to see all the agenda, click the box beside the view pull down.

When I use the drop down options the July 2017 agendas are missing. How can we view those now?

Check the checkbox entitled "List All Agendas" to the right of the drop down to show the full list of agenda dates in the drop-down.
